جسر التواصل/ الرباط يرى أسطورة الكرة الكاميرونية صامويل إيتو، الذي يشغل منصب رئيس الاتحاد الكاميروني لكرة القدم، أن منتخب بلاده قادر على تحقيق لقب بطولة كأس العالم 2022، متوقعا تأهل الأسود للمباراة النهائية برفقة منتخب المغرب. وقال صامويل إيتو في تصريحات نشرتها شبكة “أفريكا فوت”: أتوقع تخطي جميع المنتخبات الإفريقية دور المجموعات، كما أتوقع أن يكون نهائي كأس العالم بين الكاميرون والمغرب، وستفوز الكاميرون باللقب في النهاية.

أضاف إيتو:أرى أن المغرب ستتأهل إلى النهائي بعد الفوز على إسبانيا في ثمن النهائي ثم البرتغال في ربع النهائي وفرنسا في نصف النهائي، بينما ستصعد الكاميرون على حساب بلجيكا في ربع النهائي والسنغال في نصف النهائي. تابع صامويل إيتو:المنتخبات الإفريقية اكتسبت خبرات كبيرة من مشاركتها في كأس العالم على مر السنين، وأعتقد أنها مستعدة ليس فقط للمشاركة في كأس العالم، ولكن أيضًا للفوز بهذه البطولة. ويتواجد منتخب الكاميرون في المجموعة السابعة التي تضم برفقته كلًا من البرازيل وسويسرا وصربيا.
